HOW DO I ORDER?
We accept VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS Cards. Just give us a call in Gridley, California at 1-530-868-0750 and we will accept your card over the phone as well as take the information for the order. If you do not have a credit card we will ship COD.

IS THERE A TRIAL PERIOD?
We will allow you one week to see if the product works for you. We must recieve the product back at the factory no longer than three weeks after it was originally shipped. This allows a week in transit each way with one week for evaluation. We do not have demo or loaner units. All product will be sold. We will refund the purchase price less the freight.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY?
All ABLE-PHONE products carry a limited one year warranty that includes parts and labor.� Warranty service is conducted at the factory. We try to return service units within two weeks provided we have the required parts or assemblies in stock.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE?
Give us a call and, in many cases, we are able to take care of your problem over the phone.   If not we will direct you to send the phone to us for service.
